Dark color, almost ruby red, transparent. Graphite, black cherry, blackcurrant on the nose. Flavors of anise, allspice, and blackberry. Pencil sharpener, peagravel, wet hay, and caramel as secondary. Light, bouyant and refined acidity. Very long finish.
