Light and bright acidity. Extremely complex, aromas of white truffle, crushed leaves, and thyme. Ripe strawberry, ligonberry, and an underpalette of black currant. Notes of chalk, wet stone and mineral water. Some hinte of dyed chocolate leather and kentucky whiskey.
