Red plum, flavors of cassis, and melon. This opus gives flavors of oregano, rosemary and crushed rock. There's slight salinity. Blackcurrant, smoky flavors of burnt toast. there are also some dusty ripe cherry flavors and a bit of limestone.  Complex!
